Application Information
The Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences provides most students with a Graduate Assistantship (now $26,000 starting Fall 2008) during the first year of study to give students flexibility in selecting a faculty advisor. After the first year, the student must obtain financial support ($26,000 per year plus tuition) from faculty research grants or from a wide array of student fellowship awards or training programs. Funding is also available for support of books and supplies and for travel to scientific meetings and seminars.
